Our Ministries
to the homeless
Church is not restricted to the perimeters that we set. What God is doing on the streets of Las Cruces is a great example of this. Again and again we see God freeing people from slavery to sin; resulting in them being able to find jobs and homes, completely transforming their lives. It is our goal - not to talk someone into faith - but for them to experience God in a real way.
Our catchphrase: “Church has left the building!”.
to the refugees
Dwell takes seriously the Lord’s command to be His witnesses, “in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” We are called to make disciples of nations and right now we have nations coming to us. Dwell ministers to these refugees - sharing the love of Jesus, preaching the gospel, praying for the sick, and asking for a Holy Spirit encounter. Many are healed and many are saved. The beautiful part of this ministry is these refugees are traveling to all 50+ states and we get to be part of planting seeds across the United States right here from Las Cruces, New Mexico.
to those in chains
Dwell, with help of others, strives to share the heart of Jesus and minister to the detainees. Through our Lord, Jesus, and the power of the Holy Spirit we walk groups of women through the prayer filled process of healing. We are currently ministering to five pods within the detention center and teaching women their identity in Christ through Psalm 91. These women are able to leave the prison gifted, with their own bibles in hand, healed and empowered - walking with Jesus by their side.
